01
The rule
Unicent is a launchpad on Solana. Only a wallet that holds a verified card can buy on a curve, and one card holds at most 1% of any curve (10,000,000 of 1,000,000,000 tokens), counted on what it holds now: sell some and you can buy that much again.
One wallet holds one card. Before a curve graduates no token leaves the curve's vault: positions are entries in the program's ledger, so a buyer cannot split into bundle wallets or move tokens early.
80% of the supply sells on the curve, so a graduated coin starts with at least 80 different cards holding it. The creator gets no allocation and buys under the same 1% cap.
02
Cards and lanes
A card is minted by burning $2 of $UNCT (priced by the on-chain price book). The app swaps SOL for $UNCT and mints the card in one transaction. The price book needs 5 records first, so cards open a few minutes after the coin.
- Phone ID: one Seeker Genesis Token, one card. The card is keyed by the token's mint, so a phone gives one card however many wallets it uses. If the token moves to a new wallet, the new holder can take the card over after 7 days. Opens at launch.
- Agent ID: an agent registered in the Solana Agent Registry (8004), proven by owning its Metaplex Core asset, plus a bond of $200 in $UNCT locked for at least 30 days. Unlocking the bond turns the card off for new buys. Agent cards together can hold at most 20% of a curve. Opens at T+21h.
- Human ID: Civic Pass, the identity source the brief planned for this lane, was discontinued in 2025, so this lane is not available on mainnet. It is built behind an adapter so another uniqueness provider can be added later; on the local test network it runs against a local test issuer and says LOCAL.
No personal data is read or stored. A card keeps only the address of its proof.
03
The curve
Every coin has 1,000,000,000 tokens with 6 decimals. 800,000,000 (80%) sell on the curve, 200,000,000 (20%) go into the pool at graduation. Mint authority is revoked at creation, there is no freeze authority, and the metadata cannot change.
The curve is a constant product with virtual reserves, set so that its last price equals the pool's first price. A SOL curve graduates at a raise of 85 SOL with a graduation fee of 1 SOL: it starts near 26.9 SOL market cap and ends at 420 SOL.
A buy that would pass your card's 1% is cut to fit, and only the SOL for the tokens you get leaves your wallet. The curve fee is 1% of each buy and sell. Sells, claims and refunds always work, even while new buys are paused.
While the beta runs, new curves stop opening once the curves that have not graduated hold 3,000 SOL in total.
04
Graduation
When the last slice sells, anyone can graduate the curve (our keeper does it by default). The program creates a Meteora DAMM v2 pool at exactly the curve's final price, deposits the raise minus the graduation fee and the 200,000,000 pool tokens, and locks the LP position forever under a program address. No instruction can withdraw it.
The pool's fee starts at 10% and falls to its base (0.25%, or 1% for the holder track) over 10 minutes, so bots that buy in the first block pay for it. Fees are taken in SOL only.
Buyers then claim their tokens to their wallets; there is no deadline. If graduation keeps failing for 72h, the multisig can switch the curve to refunds: every position takes back its share of the real raise and its tokens are burned. There is no path for the multisig to take the funds.
05
Seat launches
A creator sets the number of seats (default 100), the price of a seat and a deadline of 2, 6, 8 or 24 hours. One card takes one seat. If every seat is taken, 1% of the raise goes to the platform and the rest opens a locked pool. If the seats are not all taken by the deadline, everyone is refunded in full and no fee is charged.
EVEN (default): seats 50% / pool 50%, opening near the seat price; 20% of your tokens at open, the rest over 7 days. CLASSIC: seats 80% / pool 20%; the pool opens near 4 times the seat price, but as the seats' tokens vest (1% a day over 100 days) the price can fall hard.
06
Where every fee goes
We say it plainly: the team receives 70% of every $UNCT tax and 70% of every platform fee. Both shares are compiled into the programs; no instruction can change them.
$UNCT trading tax: 2.2% on every buy and sell of $UNCT
| What | How much | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Meteora protocol | 20% of the tax | kept by Meteora |
| Team multisig | 70% of the tax (1.54% of volume) | fixed in code |
| Engine | the rest (10% of the tax) | buys back $UNCT and burns it |
Platform fees, paid in SOL or USDC
| What | How much | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Curve buy and sell | 1% | team 70% / buyback and burn 30% |
| Opening a curve | 0.1 SOL | same split |
| Graduation | 1 SOL, minus the cranker's rent and tip | same split |
| Seat launch | 1% of the raise | same split |
| Graduated pool, normal track | 0.25% pool fee (Meteora keeps its share) | creator 30% / platform 70% |
| Graduated pool, holder track | 1% pool fee (Meteora keeps its share) | holders 50% / creator 15% / platform 35% |
Once the weekly prize opens (T+24h) the platform split becomes team 70% / buyback and burn 20% / prize 10%. Platform fees paid in $UNCT go 70% to the team over 30 days (linear) and 30% are burned at once.
Paid in $UNCT: always burned
| What | How much | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Card | $2 of $UNCT | burned |
| Opening a curve with $UNCT | 20% off the SOL fee | burned |
| Curve fee with $UNCT (T+12h) | 25% off the fee | burned |
| Agent bond | $200 of $UNCT | locked, not burned |
07
$UNCT supply and unlocks
$UNCT launches on a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve with a 2.2% fee on buys and sells (a 60-second anti-sniper fee falls from about 90% at the start). It moves to a DAMM v2 pool at 85 SOL, with its LP locked to the fee router.
Supply: 1,000,000,000, fixed. Mint and freeze authorities are revoked. There is no presale and no team allocation. The team's only tokens are a public dev buy of 3% (at most 5%) from a published wallet, locked in a 6-month linear vesting.

08
Holder dividends and the weekly prize
Holder track (T+18h): a creator can choose it at launch. Its pool fee is 1%; every 3 hours the fees are claimed and split holders 50% / creator 15% / platform 35%. Each 24-hour epoch pays by the average of 6 random snapshots, whose times come from a seed committed on chain before the epoch and revealed after it. Pool vaults, program addresses, the burn address, listed exchange wallets and holders under 100,000 tokens are left out. The input and output files of every epoch are published and their hash is on chain. Unclaimed shares roll into the next epoch after 30 days.
Weekly prize (T+24h): 10% of the platform share builds a pool. Every Monday 00:00 UTC part of it is paid in $UNCT: 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% for fewer than 10, 10 to 24, 25 to 49, or 50 and more graduations that week. Score = tokens held at graduation × an early weight (first buy before 25% sold: 2.0, before 50%: 1.5, else 1.0; seats 1.0). No score on your own coins; cards funded by the same wallet count as one; the top 200 cards are paid, none more than 5%. There is no random draw.
09
Fairness scoreboard
Every curve shows its unique cards, the lane mix, the share of the top 10 cards, same-funder clusters (cards whose wallet received SOL from the same wallet within 24 hours before the first buy), the time to sell out, and the creator's history (graduation rate, holders kept 24 hours after graduation). These are labels only: nothing blocks a buy, and there is no blacklist.
10
Risks
- Coins on Unicent are made by third parties. Most new coins lose value; you can lose everything you put in.
- This is a beta. The programs have not been audited yet. Upgrades sit behind a public multisig with a 48-hour timelock.
- A 1% cap per card limits how much one card can take, not who stands behind a card. Someone can rent other people's cards; the scoreboard labels clusters but cannot stop it.
- Identity sources (Seeker Genesis Token, the agent registry) are run by others and can change.
- Prices come from on-chain pools and Pyth; a stale or wrong price stops an instruction rather than letting it through, but it can delay cards and fees.
- Holder dividends and the prize depend on our keeper running. Claims and refunds never need it.
11
Where this comes from
Unicent is a Solana port of the identity-gated launchpad structure first seen on BNB Chain: only verified buyers on the curve, a 1% cap per buyer, locked liquidity at graduation. We took the structure, not the name, and we are not affiliated with that launchpad or any wallet, phone or identity provider.

Legal notice
Beta. Third-party tokens. Not financial advice. Not affiliated with any wallet, phone or identity provider.
Nothing here promises a return. Holder dividends and the weekly prize are under legal review in each country and may be switched off where required; access can be limited by country. Identity providers and wallets are named only to say what a card checks.
